The Japanese company started out as a baseball sporting goods and accessories, and has made it as one of the biggest companies in terms of golf brands. Almost anyone would suggest that you get Mizuno for a good mix of power and accuracy, and almost any current professional golfer has had a Mizuno club in their hands at one point of their career. Their clubs are light, but hard hitting. There is almost nothing like it.
When people talk of golf clubs, they usually are referring to the irons and woods – the clubs that make the ball go the distance. Mizuno is very popular for making quality irons, and their woods aren’t bad either. What you can do is try each club on for size. Whichever feels better for you is what you should go for. If you have golfing buddies that own a Callaway and a Mizuno set, try doing a few swings with them and see how you fare.
You can try looking around your local sports shops for Callaway and Mizuno clubs. Once you’ve picked your poison, try to go online since the products are usually cheaper there. You’re also going to have an easier time finding a used version of the clubs, which could save you up to hundreds of dollars considering the fact that Mizuno clubs can get really expensive.
